Only 5 years old,  3 square meters of the Stipple finish walling had to removed & Replaced due to water ingress, 2 areas at the front and 1 at the back. 

 

The owner explained that they didn't realise the importance or how often the maintenance should be undertaken.

Once repaired we Chemical cleaned the entire property including a huge decking area, and repainted with 30 Litres' of Resitex White Resifine Paint.

2.5 meters of walling had to be removed due to both of these areas having a poorly executed repair in the past.


The new owners of only 2 years had recently refurbished the interior, and did say they was deliberately leaving the outside until last, however 3 monthly checks should be taken around windows and doors.

Once repaired we Chemical cleaned the entire property and applied 30 Litres of Resifine, and stained all the external timber.

A small repair this one, a tell tale bubble appeared under the window.


Depending on the finish depicts how far we need to cut away, as some textured finishes are impossible to exactly replicate.

We also undertook some minor work to the guttering system.
